Kanban board
A drag-and-drop view of the active suite so you can see WIP, blockers, and what's left at a glance — without leaving the side panel.
How to use it
- 1 Open Kanban from the side panel left rail.
- 2 Each column maps to a status: Pending, In progress, Passed, Failed, Blocked, Skipped.
- 3 Drag a card between columns to update the test case status in place.
- 4 Click a card to expand its steps and notes, or jump into the runner.
- 5 Filter the board by tag, priority, or module from the top toolbar.
Use cases
Daily stand-up view
Share the board on a meeting screen so the team sees blockers and remaining work without anyone reading a list aloud.
WIP discipline
A tester limits themselves to three cards in <em>In progress</em> to avoid context-switching and missed evidence.
Re-test triage
When a defect is fixed, drag the linked test case from <em>Failed</em> back to <em>Pending</em> in one motion.
Visual sprint progress
The column counts tell you in 2 seconds whether the sprint is closing or slipping.
Tips
- Drag with Shift held to move every selected card together.
- Right-click a card for quick actions: Run, Add tag, Log defect.
- The board honors the same filters as the test case list — your saved views work here too.
