If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country, you may use QA Workspace only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your relationship with QA Workspace
These terms define the relationship between you and QA Workspace. When we say "QA Workspace," "we," "us," or "our," we mean the operator of the extension and website described above.
When we say "you," we mean the individual or organization using the extension or website.
By using QA Workspace, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
What you can expect from us
Provide the QA Workspace service
We provide a Chrome extension for manual quality assurance, including test case import, step-by-step execution, screenshot capture, defect logging, task tracking, and report export.
The extension is designed to run locally in your browser. Core workflows function offline after installation.
Improve and update the service
We may add, change, or remove features to improve reliability, security, or usability. Chrome may also update automatically as part of normal browser extension updates.
If we make a material change that negatively affects how you use QA Workspace, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website, changelog, or extension release notes.
No paid subscription
QA Workspace is currently offered free of charge. We do not require a credit card or paid account to install or use the extension.
What we expect from you
Follow these terms and applicable law
You agree to use QA Workspace only in compliance with these terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws and regulations.
Use the extension only for authorized testing
You may use QA Workspace only on systems, applications, and environments you are authorized to test.
- Do not use the extension to access, test, or capture data from systems without permission
- Do not use screenshot or host permissions to collect information for unrelated or harmful purposes
- Comply with your employer's or client's security, confidentiality, and testing policies
Respect others
Do not misuse QA Workspace to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm others.
Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the extension or related systems except as permitted by law.
Keep your exports and device secure
You are responsible for exported reports, screenshots, and other files that may contain sensitive information.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important testing data if your organization requires them.
License to use QA Workspace
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the QA Workspace Chrome extension for manual testing purposes.
Except for this limited license, we reserve all rights in the extension, website content, branding, and documentation.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of QA Workspace unless we give you written permission or applicable law allows it.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the test cases, notes, screenshots, defects, exports, and other content you create or import in QA Workspace.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to import, store, and export any content you place in the extension.
We do not claim ownership of your workspace data. Because data is stored locally on your device, you control when it is deleted or exported.
Third-party services and websites
QA Workspace may be used alongside third-party tools such as issue trackers, spreadsheets, or the Chrome Web Store.
The marketing website uses Google Analytics, a third-party service operated by Google LLC, to measure anonymous visit traffic. Your use of the website may be subject to Google's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites you test, or how you choose to share exported files outside the extension.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
QA Workspace is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website, browser configuration, or operating environment.
You use QA Workspace at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QA Workspace and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the extension or website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to QA Workspace will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you used the free version.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using QA Workspace at any time by uninstalling the extension and discontinuing use of the website.
We may suspend or stop offering QA Workspace, or restrict access, if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, misused permissions, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time.
When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes may also be described in the changelog or extension release notes.
If you continue to use QA Workspace after updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the extension.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first at qaworkspace@quickcalci.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not successful, courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of QA Workspace, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
