How to use it
- Copy execution totals from your QA Workspace export or dashboard.
- Add notes for blocked cases so stakeholders know what was not tested.
- Attach the PDF or Excel execution report from QA Workspace as the detailed appendix.
- Use the sign-off section at the bottom of the workbook before release.
